Shipping Conditions

• Delivery is made from our warehouse in Germany. Shipping costs include the legal VAT. 
• We deliver to Germany and all EU countries, as well as Great Britain, Norway, Switzerland, United States, Australia. Shipping costs depend on the region of the respective country and the respective order value.

  
  

  Please note:

  Import taxes, customs duties, and any additional fees that may apply in the following countries are not included in the price of the product or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and must be paid upon delivery. Affected countries include, but are not limited to, the United States, Canada, Australia, Great Britain, Switzerland, and Norway.

International Delivery - Shipping with DHL (in exceptional cases we ship with DPD - currently not freely selectable) - Costs per order:

Zone 1A: Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands (excluding overseas territories) - flat rate of €12.99 - Free shipping for orders over €84.95

Zone 1B: Switzerland, Czech Republic, Denmark (excluding Greenland and Faroe Islands), Liechtenstein - flat rate of €12.99 - Free shipping for orders over €119.00

Zone 1C: France (excluding overseas territories), Monaco - flat rate of €12.99 - Free shipping for orders over €150.00

Zone 1D: Hungary, Italy, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia - flat rate of €12.99 - Free shipping for orders over €150.00

Zone 1E: Ireland, Portugal, Sweden - flat rate of €12.99

Zone 1F: Estonia, Finland, Lithuania, Latvia, Norway - flat rate of €22.49

 

Shipping with DHL:

- Spain: flat rate of €12.99

- Great Britain (excluding the Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Guernsey, and Jersey): flat rate of €17.99

- Croatia: flat rate of €12.99

- Greece, Bulgaria, Romania: flat rate of €12.99

- Iceland, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Serbia , Australia, United States : flat rate of €22.49

Delivery Times

- Domestic delivery: 2-4 working days

- International delivery: 5-21 working days (delays may occur, especially to non-EU countries)

- No delivery on Sundays and public holidays

• If items have different delivery times, the order will be shipped once all items are ready for dispatch, unless otherwise agreed.

 

Refusal of Acceptance and Default of Acceptance

- If you refuse acceptance of your ordered goods or if they are returned to the seller due to incorrect recipient information, you, as the buyer, will be in default of acceptance according to §§ 293 ff. BGB and will owe the seller compensation for the additional expenses.

Return Costs within Germany: €5.00

- Please contact us to find out the return costs for international returns.

- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at return@balancemarketplace.com. We will find a solution together.

• The legal right of withdrawal remains unaffected.

 

Important:

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal The right of withdrawal does not apply to: 

- Contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer,

- Contracts for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded,

- Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery,

- Contracts for the delivery of goods if these were inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature,

- Contracts for the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of conclusion of the contract but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the entrepreneur has no influence,

- Contracts for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery,

- Contracts for the delivery of newspapers, magazines, or illustrated periodicals with the exception of subscription contracts.
